Cayman Toolbox ERP

This version of the erp2cayman software is intended as an example of a simple connection of the Cayman software to an ERP system. The program is designed for companies in which a large number of different individual cables are assembled in variable quantities.

The Cayman software is part of the Cayman-Toolbox.

Enables easy connection of the Cayman software to an ERP system and the import of Excel order lists. Cayman-articles are combined into a production list.

Automatic import of Excel CSV files, as well as automatic transfer of incoming orders from a freely selectable transfer directory. Transfer directory data are converted from Excel CSV to Cayman format.

Job management and data import, tabular job overview. Functions order start / stop / pause / delete and conversion of WPCS or CSV files to Cayman format.

New Version available with the following advantages:
  • Logos in print texts
  • Improved processing of coax cables (text then analogous to CableDataConverter)
  • “Slitting” of cables is supported
  • WPCS files with multiple jobs can be processed

Produced articles and material consumption are logged. The protocol can be evaluated with Excel / optional: printing of labels at batch size / number of pieces.

 

Requirements

The software is currently available as a 32bit application and has the following dependencies:

  • Windows 7 - Windows 11
  • Cayman 13 or 15 must be present on the PC
